H-hour offers on or off-site professional development training for small and large businesses, not for profits, organizations and teams looking to invest in professional development and empower their employees with the strategic skills they need to become more confident, efficient, and successful. Activities challenge participants to do critical thinking, work with others, and process information all in a controlled environment or onsite.

Offsite locations include but are not limited to: Horseback Riding, Paintball Courses, Race Car Tracks, Athletic Fields, parks or beaches, or other predetermined venues.
