Michael Hansen

Michael Hansen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alpha 13. He is a serial entrepreneur who has launched innovative programs within the Marine Corps Intelligence Community and industries across America. Michael is a thought leader in the Veteran community, recognized for shifting the national narrative on how Veterans must be viewed as critical business assets rather than liabilities or charity. Michael served eight years in the Marines Corps, spending four deployments between Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds a degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University and attended graduate studies at the Institute of World Politics in Washington, DC. He is an alumni scholar of the George W. Bush Institute. Michael enjoys mentoring individuals in the start-up space while facilitating relationships and growth.
