Monty Heath
At 16, Monty decided to be a SEAL; at 18 he began training. After a handful of combat deployments, and twice being awarded the Bronze Star with combat valor designation, he was honorably discharged from that family- to start his own.
In the defense contracting industry, he managed the US Navy’s SEAL mentorship program & SEAL Preparatory program. He was responsible for creating an anti-terrorism unit in the Sub Sahara region of Africa.
Next, he would manage international security details for multi-billionaires. While the perks of private jets, yachts and Maybachs were fun, there was no meaning. He took a position out west to manage a 624,000-acre, wild mustang sanctuary and guest resort. In the winter, he started volunteering his time as a Special Olympics ski instructor through a local non-profit. This started to change him from a guy who wanted to hurt people to a guy who wanted to help them. He began Veterans with PTSD, TBI’s, and MST.
For the past ten years Monty has found meaning working in the non-profit Veteran space. As a few years ago- the First Responder community. He currently works for a non-profit called Guardian Revival, where he provides peer support to those in need.
Monty is serious about fitness. In 2022, he rode his bike across the country, 3,070 miles, in an 8-person non-stop relay race. This year he won a national arm-wrestling event. Monty speaks at events, has a podcast, and coaches one-on-one.
