Brooke Sikorski, LCSW
As clinical director of H-hour Counseling, Brooke’s area of focus is working with adolescents and adults struggling with their behavioral health. Brooke shares the commitment with the perspective that every individual presenting for therapy deserves quality treatment that is adjusted to their needs, wants, and goals. Brooke’s focus is to work alongside individuals and help them establish personal satisfaction and growth. She values the future of the profession and strive to establish this foundation in early career clinicians. Brooke prides herself on never asking someone, whether a client, or supervisee to do something that she is not willing to do herself.
Brooke received her master’s in social work degree in 2007 from Rutgers University and obtained a full clinical licensure in 2010. Her 17 years of experience in the mental health field as a senior administrator, therapist and clinical supervisor has empowered her to foster environments to meet the needs of her team, clients, and supervisees.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys time with her husband, cheering on her kids from the sidelines of their games, and getting up and out early with her dog, Molly.
